Random thoughts, rants and reflections

Juz reached home not too long ago. Helped WS nab the person who stole his Canon G5. He lost the camera during a school bash few days back on tuesday night. So apparently this guy (the thief) took the cam while it was unattended at the table. But details of the theft aside. What happened few days after was really God-sent. On saturday night, the thief was discovered (by chance) trying to sell off the item over ebay, and we promptly got down to an action plan - that we'll try to meet up with that guy and verify that the camera was indeed the one stolen. Long story short, a few of us went down to meet the seller and turned out that the camera was indeed the one lost at the school bash and that he had taken it. We were rather undecided about whether to hand the guy over to the police, but in the end we decided to let him off after some stern warnings. Hope the fella learns his lesson. Good news out of this episode is that i can look forward to a few round of drinks at Brewerks this friday - courtesy of the Man himself. hehe...

Talking about something to look forward to, it's gonna be the end of exams this week. Can't wait for it to be over. 5 days to go before the fat lady sings!
