Random thoughts, rants and reflections

quite productive today... managed to wrap up first round of revisions for crypto, still not ready for the paper next friday though... but at least i'll be able to better grasp the concepts the next time i revise again.

went for a much-needed haircut this afternoon.... kindof detest long hair, hard to maintain and difficult to manage. after that, proceeded to sim lim sq to buy printer ink, ogled at gadgets then proceeded to meet the bangs and sara at cineleisure. there, we took some time to discuss issues regarding the setup of the band. this whole band thing is potentially exciting.... but right now we can't get anything signigicant up and running yet cos daniel and manson are still in midst of support-raising... hopefully they can clear this as soon as possible....

more about band stuff.... i'm glad to be back writing songs... have been suffering from a major brain-drain in terms of song lyrics and melody for a large part of the past 4-5 years. but now with the excellent ZP providing support thru his melody composing, i've been able to feed off his creativity, ideas flowing more than ever before. the past 4 weeks or so have seen the creation of 4-5 new songs, with Void being the first song written by myself in a long while. well! hope there's more to come as i continue to collaborate with ZP and daniel, whom i think will make it as a great vocalist for our new band.

ok! gonna take some time off studies now to juz rest and RELAC.... catching some DVD movies soon...
